The location of Citadines in Kuching is fantastic, right across from Spring Mall. This makes it easy to grab snacks or shop. The Studio Premier room is spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The laundry facilities with washers and dryers are a great addition too. Unfortunately, there were several issues. The air conditioning only blew warm air, making it uncomfortable. Our bathroom had a strong odor that didn't improve. The mattress felt like two singles pushed together instead of a proper queen. Check-in took longer than expected due to a mix-up with our bookings, which added to the frustration. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. They were always ready to assist with a smile.

My experience at Citadines was enjoyable. The spacious kitchen in our Premier One-Bedroom Apartment made it easy to prepare meals. Proximity to Spring Mall provided great dining options. The breakfast variety needed improvement, but it didn’t overshadow our stay.

Room was cozy and clean with a kitchenette that had everything like a microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. The pool view made it great for keeping an eye on the kids. Staff was helpful and the gym was free to use. Such a nice spot to chill with family.

citadines has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. our premier one-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with full amenities, like a kitchen where we could prepare meals. plus, it’s conveniently located near Spring Mall and other dining options. the daily changing breakfast was a nice touch!
